Let's face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You've ordered something, and now you've got to send it back. Yawn. But don't panic, here at Level Decor we've worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

Something's not right? No problem. Let us know and we'll get it straightened out.

Items must be packed and in original condition and packaging 

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

You have 30 days from the date you received your items make a return.

*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE*

Non-Custom Orders

If an order is placed, you have up to 6 hours after placing your order to request for a cancellation of the order for a full refund excluding card processing charges.

After that, cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Custom Orders

If a custom order is already placed, you have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel for a full refund.

After that, cancellation will be charged at 100% of the order value.
